Directions
Simply add 5.9 g (approximately 1½ teaspoons) of Metamucil to 250 mL of liquid. Stir briskly and drink promptly. Drink plenty of water.

6-11 yrs: 1/2 adults dose to be taken 1-3 times daily on medical advice
